The apartment features a spacious living area with a comfortable double bed, making it suitable for families or small groups. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200cm) and one with two single beds (90x200cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a mechanical ventilation system, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate at all times. An additional air conditioning unit is installed in the living area.
