Cozy apartment with views to the Mediterranean Sea.
Walking distance to the beach. Tram stop right outside the door. Several restaurants in the immediate area. As well as shops, pharmacy and supermarket.

The living/dining room is spacious, and has a balcony with a view to the Mediterranean Sea.
The master bedroom has a double bed. In addition, there is a bedroom for one person. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed (one person).
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all comforts.
During your stay we are available by phone/WhatsApp to help with any problems, as well as for tips and suggestions.
Parking is possible in the street (free).
There is a tram stop in front of the building. Also several bus stops in the immediate vicinity for easy transport through the city.
We live in a neighborhood with other full time residents and therefore are not a suitable choice for parties or events. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 9am.
